Saugatuck Real Estate Sales are up

After 3 weak quarters, Saugatuck and Douglas real estate sales are trending up. The 4th quarter, with much stronger home sales, shows that the bottom of the market hit around summer time. The strong sales are being driving by resort home and second home buyers. These buyers realize that prices are low and interest rates are at an amazing low. Confidence in the real estate market has returned. Definatley the message is out, now is the time to buy.
