Holidays On Lake Michigan

1There is plenty to do in the resort towns of Saugatuck and Douglas Michigan in the Winter.  There are miles of cross country trails in the Saugatuck Dunes State Park.  There are many warm Bed And Breakfast establishments with great winter themes.  Our fine restaurants are open as well as great buys in the many shops and art galleries.

Winter is bucking the norm

Usually, resort property sales fall off during the Winter especially over the holidays.  This is not the case for 2009.  Saugatuck Real Estate Sales are up for the month of December.  RE/MAX Saugatuck-Douglas may well be posting the best performance of the year.
